What Happens When I Step In

Multiple successful programs, all actively selling, but not hitting revenue targets. She had tried new copy, new ads, a new launch strategy. She believed the issue was her marketing.

What I saw immediately was offer competition

Her stair step business created buyer confusion because every launch targeted the same buyer at the same stage and reset the buyer journey from zero.  This is a sales alignment problem — not a visibility problem.

What changed

We restructured the offer ecosystem and started using the Waitlist Activation Sequences. Over 100 enrollments in six months from what she thought was a dead email community.

A service provider had a strong audience and consistent inquiries. Revenue had plateaued for two years. The assumption in the room, and from every advisor she'd consulted, was that she needed more leads.

She had too much attention to not be able to 3x her revenue. She had no natural trust system in place. Her content made her job seem easy. Clients entered at different points and left after every engagement. Her retainer model was failing.

What changed

We rebuilt the offer pathway so each service created the next buying decision. The same audience produced significantly more revenue, not from more marketing, but because the system finally connected.

The OBM was managing tasks and operations well, but the team’s OKRs and KPIs weren’t connected to how the business actually makes money. People were doing their jobs, but those jobs weren’t producing revenue outcomes.

We rebuilt the OKRs and KPIs around the company’s revenue path. Once the OBM had clarity on how each role supported sales, retention, and growth, team morale and revenue increased.
